HOW TO BOOK A SERVICE?​

1. Search the service related to customer requirement.

2. Click to the related the service and look the service information.

3. Click BOOK NOW  button in the bottom of the service page.

4. choose the available booking date and time. Click Next.

5. Fill in your information before proceed the payment.

6. Proceed your payment.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Talent X provide Cash on Service Delivery and Online Payment.

1. Cash on Service Delivery
You can choose this Cash on Service Delivery when the Talent delivers the service to you.

2. Payment online

You can choose payment online to pay with you credit card and Talent X will custody your payment until the service is delivered.

CAN I REFUND MY ONLINE PAYMENT?

There is 100% of the payment refund to customer before the service delivered. 

Any deposit required by talent is non-refundable, but changes of the service date is available.

HOW THE TALENT SERVICE SCHEDULE WORK?

The Talent's Service Schedule is based on the available of working time, you can book the available  date and time which is set by the talents.

WHAT IS ABOUT THE TALENT X NOTIFICATION?

Your service booking date and time is linked to our Talent's Google Calendar to make sure that the service able to deliver on time. The notification will be sent out through the Google Calendar 24 hours, 8 hours and 30 minute before the service delivered. 

HOW TO FIND THE SERVICES?

Customer can click the Search Service... column at the top of the website to find the related services, moreover, the customer can leave the message to Talent X for enquiring the detail service information. IT IS FREE and we will not charge any administration fee
